What we collect

We use PostHog for product and site analytics — a single shared TSARI project, not a per-visitor profile sold or licensed to anyone else. This captures standard usage signals (pages viewed, general location at the country/region level, device and browser type, referring source) so we can tell what's working on this site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not share this data with an ad network.

If you submit a form on this site (a demo request, a contact message, a subscribe form), what you type — name, email, company, and the content of your message — is sent by email via Resend to a human inbox at STATSWING (joel@statswing.com). It is read by a person, not piped into an automated CRM or marketing sequence.

Our processors: we use PostHog (product analytics) and Resend (email delivery and our subscribe list) as sub-processors. Each handles data only to provide its service to us, under its own data-processing terms.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not run third-party ad pixels or retargeting on this site. Analytics stays inside PostHog; form submissions stay inside Resend and a human inbox.

Engagement data

If you commission an Instrument (Verdict, Transfer Due-Diligence, Decision Attribution, Forward Deploy), the questions you ask and the findings we produce belong to you. That engagement-specific data is handled under the terms of your engagement, not this site's general analytics practice, and is never referenced or used as a case study without your explicit agreement.
